The Administration Mission - Angela Garcia - 269-978-2330

MISSION STATEMENT: The Administration Mission is responsible for the day-to-day administration and operation of our St. Catherine of Siena parish. This Mission is grounded in the Stewardship Model that invites us to share with others the gifts God has given us. By our own example of service to the greater parish community and beyond, those involved in the Administration Mission hope to develop more fully the parish’s sense of Stewardship.

Volunteer Opportunities

Clerical Guild - These volunteers come in on Wednesday at 1 pm and help with various office projects, no particular skills necessary and you do not need to commit to every week. Contact Peg Klitch if you would like to help pklitch@stcatherinesiena.org.

Maintenance Helpers - We are consistently in need of helpers that can assist in the cleaning of our parish facility. Your commitment can vary, please contact Jay Cotter at 327-5165 x139.

Front Desk Helpers - Volunteers are needed periodically to cover the front desk during meetings and to cover days off. Duties include answering the phone, greeting people, sorting mail and other light office work. If you are interested in helping out with this ministry contact Peg Klitch at pklitch@stcatherinesiena.org.

Bulletin Stuffers - This group meets on Friday mornings after daily mass to stuff the bulletin inserts. Contact Peg Klitch at pklitch@stcatherinesiena.org.
